Terms of Service

ArrivalPrep is an independent, privately operated travel-assistance service. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any government, airline, or hotel chain. This is not an official website of any government.

Every form we assist with (e.g. Thailand TDAC, Indonesia e-CD, Malaysia MDAC) can always be filed for free on the official government website. What you pay us for is accurate, on-time filing, pre-submission checking against your flight and stay data, and human support.

Arrival card filing. A human agent completes and submits the official form on your behalf and emails you the official government confirmation. We never create government reference numbers ourselves — every confirmation comes from the official system.

Onward flight proof. We place a real reservation with a select/live booking provider. The PNR exists in the airline or provider system and is verifiable on the airline's own website. The hold auto-cancels at the exact time stated on your credential page — before any charge. It is a booking hold, not a paid-for ticket.

Hotel proof. A real booking at a free-cancellation rate with a genuine confirmation number. Nothing is charged unless the booking is left past its free-cancellation deadline.

Travel data exactly as shown on your passport, flights and dates that match your real plans, and a reachable email address. Wrong names or mismatched dates are the most common cause of rejected filings, and we cannot take responsibility for data you entered incorrectly.

Flight holds and hotel bookings are cancelled automatically at the times shown on your credential page. No card charge can occur after release. If you want to keep any booking, tell us before the deadline — where the fare allows ticketing, we will tell you exactly what that costs, with no obligation.

Fees are stated per product before checkout and cover our workload as described. Government forms themselves are free; any official government charge that applies would be flagged separately.

If a PNR or confirmation number we issued fails to verify at its stated source, or a filing is not submitted within the promised window due to our fault, we will re-issue the service or refund the fee in full — your choice. Please contact support before the validity window ends so we can fix it in time.

Entry rules are set by immigration officers and change without notice; we provide them for information and prepare the documents, but the decision at the counter is always the officer's. Our liability is limited to the fee you paid us for the affected product.
